Talking to the group, Mr. Hoang Tuong Vi- CEO- said that salary and rewards of 620 workers had improved clearly thanks to good performances and results in productions and sales in 2014. “For the Tet rewards only, the company has paid nearly 5 billions VND; each worker receives rewards in cash equivalent to 2 months of income. Besides, in order for all staffs to have more time to prepare and gather with their family at the late year end, the company permits all staffs to stop working for Tet since the 25th of December of lunar year.” said Mr. Vi.
