The right materials define how a sofa looks, feels and lasts. At Tan Hoang Gia, materials are selected for the design, function and target market of each product, and specifications are agreed with every customer.
Fabric and leather
THG has experience with both fabric and leather products. Upholstery fabrics are sourced to customer specification, while leather is inspected on arrival as part of our IQC (incoming quality control) stage.
Foam and fibers
Comfort starts inside. Sofa foam is supplied by our shareholder and long-term partner Ngoc Cuong Mousse, one of Vietnam’s leading sofa mousse manufacturers, and THG Group includes its own fiber factory.
Solid wood, plywood, metal and hardware
Sturdy frames are built from solid wood and plywood, with FSC®-certified wood available. Legs, fittings and hardware are selected to match each design.
