What we develop from
Customers can start with whatever they have: photos, drawings, dimensions, specifications or reference samples. Our 20-person R&D team reviews the brief and recommends materials and construction for the target market.
The 5-step development process
- Customer Concept – we review your brief, target market and estimated volume.
- Engineering & Development – frames, patterns, materials and construction are engineered for production.
- Sample Development – samples are built in our sample room, with capacity of up to 30 samples per month.
- Customer Approval – the sample is reviewed and confirmed with you.
- Mass Production – production runs under four-stage quality control and ships in 60–90 days.
