Every sofa that leaves Tan Hoang Gia (THG) passes through a carefully controlled production flow inside our 22,000 m² factory in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. With a monthly capacity of 150–180 × 40HQ containers, the factory is built for medium and large volume programs from importers, retailers and furniture brands around the world.
Nine steps, one closed-loop chain
Our production process follows nine stages: frame, foam, cutting, sewing, upholstery, assembly, QC, packing and shipment. Because THG Group includes sofa, solid wood, fiber and foam factories, we control each stage from raw materials to finished products – which keeps quality consistent and lead times predictable.
- Frame: solid wood and plywood components are cut and assembled into sturdy sofa frames.
- Foam: foam is applied to the frame, supplied by our shareholder Ngoc Cuong Mousse.
- Cutting & sewing: fabric and leather are cut and sewn by experienced teams.
- Upholstery & assembly: skilled upholsterers finish every seam and detail.
- QC, packing & shipment: products are inspected, packed and loaded into containers.
Built for reliable delivery
With a total workforce of 450–600 employees, a 20-person R&D team and a 15-person QC team, THG typically delivers production orders in 60–90 days. Each stage is planned so that customers receive stable capacity and consistent quality across repeat orders.
